School board preaching morality

“I guess all future CC School Board meetings will start being held at First Baptist so we can be preached at about our morals!”

Smollett case shows a bad example

“Just imagine the thousands of people in Chicago convicted of rather minor crimes like misdemeanors, watching Jussie Smollett’s 16 grand jury indicted felonies suddenly removed. This adult’s record is wiped clean, expunged, sealed. Even Jussie’s community service involved working for Rev. Jessie Jackson’s organization. Two tiered criminal justice system controlled by Democrats.”

Mueller witch hunt fails at its mission

“Mueller spent $25 million with a staff of 59 federally funded, pro-Hillary personnel for opposition research that failed in its sole mission … to overturn the 2016 election. That’s $25 million in taxpayer funded opposition research ‘justified’ by a fictitious dossier written with Clinton funding. Mueller’s investigation was part of the failed Democrat presidential coup.”

Academics, football: Why can’t we have both?

“Sick of the debate about academics vs. football! Why can’t people realize that both are great avenues to further one’s education? The former football coach did a tremendous job at getting boys scholarships, but he is not the only one responsible for getting them qualified to go. That falls on the student, parents, teachers, coaches, administration, the list is endless.”

We’ve read one version, but what does Propst say?

“We have all read Doug Howell’s version of why Coach Propst was released from his football responsibilities. We have yet to hear Coach Propst’s version. There are always two sides to a story. Don’t cast judgment and start thanking Howell and the board for protecting our children, when it may be them the children need protection from.”

Why is school sanitation the parents’ responsibility?

“When requesting wipes and Kleenex and Lysol to help protect from the flu spreading, my school nurse said this would be my personal expense to purchase these items. Why is the school system not providing necessary items to sanitize and protect students and staff? Head nurse? Ridiculous!!!”

Football banquet

“I guess the 2018 football team will not have a banquet. This is sad if one is not planned. If not at the high school then somewhere else. These players deserve a banquet.”
