Out of concern for the safety of our carriers, The Moultrie Observer will begin delivery at 6 a.m. Friday.

Normally, we strive to be finished with delivery by that time, but downed power lines and other hazards caused by Hurricane Michael can be hard to see in the dark.

We know our subscribers look forward to our newspaper, and we will deliver it as quickly as we can while keeping our carriers safe.

We hope to soon be able to return to our normal delivery time as clean-up and repairs are completed.
