Fake news is the enemy, not all news

“President Trump said FAKE news is the enemy of the people. Democrats have been pushing what he said leaving out the word FAKE. I heard him say it and he included the word FAKE.”

Tear down dilapidated buildings

“I drive around Moultrie and Colquitt County there’s a numerous dilapidated buildings that need to be torn down. Government officials should have a deadline for owners to step forward, if not tear it down. After 5 to 10 years with no activity save the stamps.

“It saddens me but do we want something terrible to happen in one of them?”

City’s priorities

“We have two downtown pocket parks and another one in the works. But I haven’t seen any of the bad streets being paved. I don’t see the rough railroad crossings being fixed. My tires are out of alignment. Any repairs done by city neglect you have to get a police report. Line up people maybe we can get something done!”

Rich people own the stocks

“That’s not true, nearly 84% of all stocks are owned by the top 10% of earners in the country! The President can brag about stock gains all he wants but those primarily benefit the rich, not the middle.”

Support for the press

“I am so pleased to see the editorial in our paper today. It is a shame that in 2018 we need to be concerned about freedom of the press.

“For those who think the press is FAKE NEWS, the should look and hear what comes from the ‘horse’s’ mouth.”
