The family of 4-1/2-year-old Ryleigh Lodge has asked the community and the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) for life-saving assistance. Ryleigh was diagnosed in 2016 with Focal Segmented Glomerulosclerosis and is now in need of a kidney transplant.

COTA helps families who are facing a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. COTA funds are used for transplant-related expenses. COTA’s services are provided free of charge. The COTA for Team Ryleigh community campaign is organizing events and activities in the area to help families like the Lodges. The mission of Root for Ryleigh is to raise $100,000 through COTA in honor of Ryleigh Lodge.

Ryleigh’s parents are Jonathan and Shayla Lodge, natives of Colquitt County.
