The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Authority will meet at 1 p.m. Friday, June 7, at the administrative office to discuss property transfer status, affiliated agreements and pool renovation funding.

The Georgia Pines Community Service Board for area mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases services has scheduled a meeting to be held on Thursday, June 20, at 12:30 p.m. at the Georgia Pines Administrative Offices Conference Room located at 1102 Smith Ave., Thomasville. Family and Friends Day

Macedonia Baptist Church will hold Family and Friends Day at 11 a.m. Sunday. The speaker will be Minister Donald Reeves.

M-CCPRA tennis classes

The second two-week session of tennis classes sponsored by the Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Authority begins Monday. Times are 8:30 for 4-7 beginners, 9 a.m. for 12U beginners and 10 a.m. for intermediate/advanced. To register, call 668-0028 or email mccpra@moultriega.com.
