Oasis Therapeutic Massage cuts ribbon

MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a grand opening ribbon cutting for Oasis Therapeutic Massage located at 18 Second Ave. S.W. in downtown Moultrie.
