MOULTRIE, Ga. — Students from Culbertson Child Development Center experienced first-hand the miracle of life by incubating and hatching chicken eggs donated from Robert “RT” Tucker.
Each child received an egg and placed it into an incubator.

The students then counted down the 21 days necessary to hatch the eggs.
All of the classes at the center were able to take part in the project.
Tucker, a bus driver at the center, is actively involved in the activities the children experience there. He raises chickens at his residence and provided the eggs, incubator and all of the equipment necessary to hatch the eggs.
In the past, Tucker has dressed up as Captain America and demonstrated search and rescue exercises with his German shepherd.
Tucker has also volunteered as Santa Claus at the school for the past five years and gifts the children with Christmas stockings.
“I just love kids,” Tucker said. “I like to be involved with them and see them smile.”
