MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a grand opening ribbon cutting for The Howard Center-United Obstetrics and Gynecology PC located at 780 26th Ave. S.E. in Moultrie.

The Howard Center is a doctor’s office specializing in gynecological service and overall women’s health. The Howard Center is owned by Dr. Howard Drew Howard and was established in 2001.
