GBI: Two charged with murder in Clinch County death

HOMERVILLE, Ga. — Two men have been charged with murder and a woman faces a charge of making a false statement in connection with a body found in Clinch County Saturday, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
At about 9:30 a.m., the Clinch County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a body was found by a hunter near Chauncy Road, according to a statement from the GBI. Deputies found the body of Otis Monroe, 50, of Homerville, the statement said.
Sunday, Johnny Marshal Jr., 42, and Arthur Gulf Posley, 41, were each charged with one count of murder in connection with Otis Monroe’s death, while Tiffany Monroe, 31, was charged with giving a false statement, the GBI said.
Tiffany Monroe and Marshal were taken to the Coffee County Jail, while Posley was taken to the Ware County Jail, the statement said. The body is being taken to the GBI medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
