Rounding out the leader board and finishing in third place in the individual category was Barry Knox with 13.41 percent body weight lost.
Heavy Weights lost 12.48 percent body weight as a team and took home the top cash prize of $1,000. Team members were Ashley Adams, Chad Adams, Brandon Whittaker and Scotty Green.

“I am so proud of the life changes that started because of Team Lean,” said Duncan. “We saw a great amount of encouragement and motivation between competitors this year. The competition was fun, which kept ‘Team Leaners’ motivated throughout the whole competition.”
The Moultrie YMCA continuously offers exercise classes and programs to achieve overall health. In the months to come, the Y will be promoting ways to stay active with your family over the summer. Healthy Kids Day, a Y-USA National movement, will be held on April 15 in downtown Moultrie at the annual Spring Fling. Those who are up for the next physical challenge, we will begin registering for our 30 day Iron Man in April.
