“So I see some people don’t want the newspaper to have editorial cartoons of Trump. Obviously these people have a poor knowledge of our history and perhaps had to look up the word ‘satire’ in the dictionary. Yes, good or bad, he’s my president. So was Obama.

Traffic laws

The banquet

“Coach Prospt came into the season with low expectations of the football team. The team worked their butts off and gave him and the fans the best they had. The parents and the fans gave the best support any community could give too their team. It was a shame what the coach did to repay all the hard work.

Make the changes

“We’re supposed to be a system of diversity. Cox and Stringfellow School is the talk for discrimination, favoritism, and segregation, no school should be of one ethnic group. Are these schools designed to fail? The community wants and need changes as well as the parents of students at these failing schools. Board of Education stop procrastinating make the change.

Segregated

“I agree that the paper could’ve done a much better job with their series on poverty and race. I could spend a day in Colquitt County schools and neighborhoods and provide a more accurate snapshot of our status! We are still segregated by race and the vast majority of residents live in poverty!

Leave us alone

“Leave us people at Cox alone. You know that you and your kids listen to that music because we hear it blaring at car pick up every day. The kids had fun so just drop it and stop trying to cause problems. Cox is a good school and has a lot of good people here!
