MOULTRIE – Phyllis D. Adams, 50, died Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 23, at New Beginning Word of Life. Interment will follow in the St. James Pallbearers Cemetery #2, with the repast to be concluded at New Beginning Word of Life Fellowship Hall. 

Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 22, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Luke Strong And Son Mortuary Chapel. 

Final arrangements have been entrusted to Luke Strong and Son Mortuary, Ltd.
