Melody Anita Hanes, 46, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m., Saturday, June 18, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Thomasville, Ga. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at 8447 Airline Road in Pavo, the home of Roscoe and Mary Graham.
