Farm League to feature 130 players

MOULTRIE — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Parks and Recreation Department’s Farm League, for those 9 and 10 years old, will feature 10 teams and 130 players this year.
The recreation department again will have four baseball league this year, with play beginning on April 7.
Youngsters 7- and 8-years old will play in the Tiny Mites league; 11- and 12-year-olds will be in he Midget League; and 13- and 14-year-old will play in the Pony League.
The Farm League will have the largest number of teams this year.
Random Design will be coached by Keith Lindsey. His players will be Brandon Alonzo, Landon Bass, Matthew Lardy, Skylar Lindsey, Blake Seagars, James Skeen, Austin Sullivan, Jamiel Melvin, Ahmad Weeks, Rashad Weeks, Nicholas White, John Thomas Sumner and Spencer Wilson.
Zaxby’s will be coached by Matt Littleton. The players are Brice Redding, John Flowers, Bryce Giddens, Cameron Klar, Alex Littleton, Megan May, Matthew Sailor, Von Stripling, Chayse Williams Jordan Williams, Zachary Boyd, Montavious Iceson and Blake Strickland.
Mark Davis will coach the Farm Bureau team that will include Benjamin Collins, Zontarius Dozier, Jay Jones, Shain Nowland, Jason Sharpe, Hayden Kudela, Blake Stamps, Garret Brewer, Daniel Chafin, Ryan Davis, Don Mims, Dewayne Todd and Caleb Boyd.
Mack Wiard will coach Sutton Systems. His players are Weston Cox, Griffin Dunn, Joseph Tillman, Nathan Webb, Corey Moore, Tanner Cook, Jeremy Sutton, Blake Eunice, Saul Garcia Jr., Dillan Harrington, Brandon Sellers, Travis Baker and Josh Nunes.
Rocky’s will be coached by Lee Newsome. His players include Andrew Carlton, Clay Carter, Colby Durham, Jared Johnson, Tyler Snipes, Mark Lindsey, Matthew Lindsey, Rich Tyndall, Jonathan Meadows, Chase Tallman, Zach Wheeler, Stephen Moore, Todd Shiflett and Payne Newsome.
The Lazarus roster includes Dykerias Clark, Mattthew Deal, Justin Dupree, Jay Lamb, Preston Mobley, Christian Smith, Alex Weldon, Reed Wells, Aaron Woods, Brett Holden, Seth Williams, Russell Hanson and Caleb Folsom. Rusty Hanson is the coach.
Wendy’s will be coached by Shannon Dickerson. His team includes Daniel Argo, Brandon Bennett, Alec Daniels, Scotty Jones, Akeem Rhymes, Rhyheem Rhymes, Luke Hembree, Shelton Lott, Kyler Thelisme, Preston Alderman, Parker Johnson, Jeffrey Graves and Daylon Connell.
CRMC will include Stacey Blackwell, Peyton Childs, Trey Scott, Brett Smith, Latrikus Turner, Kanine Williams, Trent Williams, Dante Almond, Damien Bently, Jacob Wynn, Amel Magwood and Devin Adderton. The CRMC coach is Booker Magwood.
Robby Pitts will coach the ABC team. The players are Matthew Creech, Gradyn Grobe, Mitchell Hawes, Steven Miller, Landon Rehberg, Corey Waters, Steven Brown, Bo Blalock, Taylor Barber, C.J. Bateman, Vann Pitts, Cole Pitts and Zac Goodno.
The Bank of America team will be coached by Todd Presley. His players are Andrew Harvin, Benjamin Hegwood, Lorin Holloway, Drew Marchant, Jody Morris, Dillon Presley, Lee Wright, Wilson Horne, Tanner Strickland, Octevious Little, Logan Hampton, Tyler Brown and Matthew Flennigan.
The Moultrie Observer will run the rosters of the Tiny Mites, Midget League and Pony League teams in the coming days.
