Church program

Girls from the Lighthouse Children’s Home in Tallahassee, Fla., will be at Pineview Baptist Church, Funston-Sale City Road, at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 10, to sing and give testimonies. The church invites the public.

Men’s Ministry

Seedtime and Harvest Church will holds a Men’s Ministry meeting at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9. The theme will be “God’s Requirements for Men,” based on Psalm 128.

Class of 1955

The Moultrie High School Class of 1955 will not meet this month. The next meeting will be 6 p.m. April 18 at the BBQ Pit.

Livestock project meeting

Colquitt County FFA will host a livestock project interest meeting at 6 p.m. March 28 in Room 511 of Colquitt County High School.

Livestock projects are special because young people learn what it truly means to care for and be responsible for another living being, according to FFA. Youth learn time management, budgeting, record keeping skills and  animal husbandry skills.
