MOULTRIE, Ga. — Union Missionary Baptist Church of Moultrie will celebrate its Mission Anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 22.

Speaker for the occasion will be Evangelist Teresa Goins.

Ordained as an evangelist in August 1995, Goins is overseer of Woman of Vision Ministries.

She is the wife of Tommy Lee Goins, who serves as pastor of Friendship Freewill Independent Baptist Church of Valdosta, and she’s the mother of two children and the grandmother of five.

Devoted to the vision of the ministry, Goins assists and serves with her husband and is a teacher in her own right.

She faces challenges head-on, according to a press release from Union Missionary Baptist, and she inspires women to build and restore strong marital relationships.
