MOULTRIE, Ga. — Fourth grade students at Sunset Elementary School are learning about weather. As an addition to their studies, they got the opportunity to meet meteorologist Kelly Copello from the Fox 31 News Team.

Copello spoke with the students about the effects of climate and weather conditions, along with what to do in a state of emergency. Students practiced the proper positioning for tornadoes and where to take shelter in their home.

To end the visit, Kelly took a picture with the students and showed it during her segment on the nightly news.
