Poster contest winners from R.B. Wright

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Each year Magnolia Garden Club sponsors a poster contest that helps promote Smokey Bear and his prevention message “Only You Can Prevent Wildfires” and Woodsy Owl with his message “Lend a Hand/Care for the Land.”

Fifty-four fourth graders from R.B. Wright Elementary School participated in the poster competition.

There were four winners: from left, Smokey Bear poster winners Allie Eure, 3rd place, Layla Parker, 2nd place, and Kylie Dupriest, first place; and Woodsy Owl poster winner, Aa’Riah Williams, 1st place.
