First Baptist Keenagers enjoy sing-along with Lee Hill

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Lee Hill, minister of music at First Baptist Church, shared a sing-along program with the Keenagers recently.

The favorite good old hymns were sung and enjoyed by the Keenagers.  Some of the songs were “When We All Get To Heaven,” “Because He Lives,” “Victory In Jesus,” “We’ll Work Till Jesus Comes” and ended with everybody’s favorite, “How Great Thou Art.”

Loren Hildebrandt gave his testimony about his dream, and their move to Magnolia Manor. He and Betty have been married for 60 years.

Flowers were provided by the church.  LaRue Norris and Joyce Smith served as registrars. Keenager officers were hostess. Willie Mae Parrish served a delicious meal of baked and fried chicken, potato casserole, green salad, turnips and cornbread,  delicious desserts and tea.

Birthday honorees were Faye Benton, Betty Hildebrandt, and Jim and Willette Pearson. Anniversary honorees were Betty and Loren Hildebrandt, Pat and Don Priest and Horace and Mary Lynn Chitty.

There were 31 present with one new member, Jean Ricks. Pastor Wayne Woods dismissed with the benediction.
