TIFTON — Tift Regional Health System (TRHS) announced that seven new physicians have joined its medical staff.  Specialties include gastroenterology, orthopedics, pediatric hospital medicine, dental surgery, medical oncology/hematology and anesthesiology. 

Ali Esmaili, M.D. – Gastroenterology/Hepatology

Board certified in gastroenterology, Dr. Ali Esmaili has joined Affinity Clinic in Tifton and is available for the diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases of the digestive tract.  Esmaili earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore.  He completed an internship and residency program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.  He followed with a fellowship in transplant hepatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Esmaili is accepting new patients.  Please call Affinity Clinic at (229) 391-4100 to schedule an appointment.  Affinity Clinic is located in Tifton at 2225 Hwy 41 North.

Kyle Fleck, M.D. – Orthopedics and Sports Medicine

A medical graduate of the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Dr. Henry LeBoyd specializes in the care of hospitalized pediatric patients at Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC) in Tifton.   He completed a residency in pediatrics at Navicent Health in Macon.  . Aksana Marshall, DMD – Pediatric Dental Surgery

 Specializing in pediatric dentistry and dental surgery, Dr. Aksana Marshall earned her dental medicine degree from Augusta University.  She followed with additional residency training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Augusta University, with concentrations in clinical dentistry, orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.   Marshall joins the Pediatric Dental Center of Georgia, located in Tifton at 820 Love Ave, Suite A.  Surgical procedures are performed at TRMC.  To make an appointment, call (229) 238-3787.

Hari Prasad Ravipati, M.D. – Medical Oncology/Hematology

As a medical oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Hari Ravipati specializes in the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of cancer and blood diseases.  He is providing care at the TRMC Anita Stewart Oncology Center, located in Tifton at 1623 Madison Avenue.  After earning his medical degree and completing residency training at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ravipati completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.  Working with a multispecialty team, Ravipati offers cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, biological therapy and targeted therapy.   Talk to a physician about a referral or call 229-353-7720 for more information.
