DDA meeting

The Downtown Development Authority will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 18, in the second floor conference room of the Southwest Georgia Wealth Strategies Building, 25 Second Ave. S.W.

Palmer Reunion

The 65th annual reunion of the descendants of Charles Palmer-Elizabeth Lee will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church located in upper Grady County off Ga. Highway 112 North.

The Palmer reunion business session with election of officers for the next two years will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch in the fellowship hall.
