ATLANTA — Vivian Phan of Moultrie earned the 2019 Dr. David Schwartz Memorial Scholarship at the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

The Dr. David Schwartz Memorial Scholarship was established in 2013 through a lead gift from Georgia State University alumnus Lamar Smith, and other Georgia State alumni and friends in memory of Dr. David A. Schwartz. Schwartz was a professor of marketing in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and was considered a leading American authority on motivation.
