Municipal Court for the March 23 edition

The following cases were recently disposed of in Moultrie Municipal Court:

Rodney Jermaine McCullough was charged with vicious animals running at large and contempt and was sentenced to pay $450, restituion of $570 to Humane Society, 12 months probation and put dog down.

Rojerio Barrios Perez was charged with failure to stop at stop sign, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to pay $1,050, which was paid in court.

Willie Charles Peterson Jr. was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana, which was dismissed. Also Peterson was charged with DUI, which was reduced to reckless driving, and sentenced to pay $250 and 12 months probation.

Courtney R. Ranger was charged with possession of ounce or less of marijuana, driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled tag, driving while license was suspended/revoked and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to 12 months probation and 37 days work program.

Angela Marie Carter was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 15 days jail.

Stephanie Cowart was charged with gasoline drive-off and was sentenced to 10 days jail.

Darold Earl Davis was charged with open container violation and contempt and was sentenced to pay $407 and 10 days jail.

Marvin Dewayne Fish was charged with giving false name/address/date of birth to officer and was sentenced to 12 days jail.

Christopher Lamar Jordan was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 55 days jail.

Manuel Garcia Lopez was charged with loitering and public drunk and was sentenced to 14 days jail.

Vences Morales Melendes was charged with no driver’s license and headlight requirements and was sentenced to 30 days jail.

Aaron Lee Rowe was charged with violation of probation and was sentenced to 56 days jail.

Lynne Velma Stanfield was charged with violation of probation and sentenced to 38 days jail.

Kristy Nicole Weldon was charged with violation of probation and was sentenced to 26 days jail.

Clifford Lee Almond was charged with vagrancy. Signed bond was forfeited.

Marilu Aguilar Andrade was charged with no driver’s license and failure to yield when entering intersection and was sentenced to pay $859 and 10 months probation.

Rebecca Ayala was charged with no driver’s license and tail light required. Signed bond was forfeited.

Tammy D. Bell was charged with safety belts violation (adults). Bond was forfeited.

James Alfred Coates was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was forfeited.

Carla Denise Collier was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Anna Lynn Dalton was charged with failure to yield after stop/stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Salvador Duque Jr. was charged with following too closely and expired tag. Bond was forfeited. Also Duque was charged with no proof of insurance, which was dismissed.

Jose Garcia was charged with open container violation. Bond was forfeited.

Barbara Ann Gilbert was charged with striking a fixed object. Bond was forfeited.

Calzadilla Clodomiro Gonzalez was charged with too fast for conditions. Bond was forfeited.

Gregory Malone Grier was charged with improper backing. Bond was forfeited.

Mirranda Weaver Hall was charged with failure to yield when entereing intersection. Bond was forfeited.

James William Hammond was charged with improper left or right turn. Bond was forfeited.

Juana Carlos Hernandez-Gomez was charged with no driver’s license and following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Barton Kinney Herndon was charged with speeding 64 in a 45 which was reduced to 59 in a 45, which was paid in court.

Judy Hughes Hiers was charged with failure to yield while turning left. Bond was forfeited.

Lazaro Juarez was charged with open container violation. Signed bond was forfeited.

Gladys Reid Jordan was charged with failure to stop at stop sign. Bond was forfeited.

Rogaciano Juarez was charged with open container violation. Signed bond was forfeited.

Debra Kimbrell was charged with failure to yield right of way at yield sign. Bond was forfeited.

Thomas Stephen Lakeman was charged with following too closely. Bond was forfeited.

Joseph Lambright was charged with defective equipment and driving while license was suspended/revoked. Bond was forfeited.

Julian Andrade Martinez was charged with no proof of insurance, which was dismissed.

Nathan Eugene Pittman Jr. was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Kristen Danielle Price was charged with no driver’s license, which was dismissed.

Pedro Rodriguez was charged with violation of probation, which was paid in full.

Edgar Ruiz was charged with no driver’s license, defective equipment, and 2 counts safety belts violation (children). Bond was forfeited.

Karell Lolita Scott was charged with failure to yield when entering intersection. Bond was forfeited.

Trixie Lea Steele was charged with no driver’s license and open container violation and was sentenced to pay $957 and 10 months probation.

Crystal Funtya Taylor was charged with expired driver’s license. Bond was forfeited.

Fernando Carcamo Villeda was charged with no driver’s license. Signed bond was forfeited.

Tanner Logan White was charged with speeding 77 in a 55. Bond was forfeited.

Checelia Renia Carter was charged with driving without a license and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Esmeralda Maria Contreras was charged with no driver’s license and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Kaylar Patrice Lawton was charged with safety belts violation (adults) and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Shondale Nicole Spicer was charged with 2 counts safety belts violation (adult) and 2 counts contempt ad was sentenced to pay $230 and 3 months probation.

Patrick Ryan Wilder was charged with failure to maintain lane and contempt. Bond was forfeited.

Jessica Dawn Gaddy was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked, driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled tag and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to $1,529 and 10 months probation.

Gabriel Antonio Galarza was charged with laying drag, which was dismissed, and was ordered to pay a $250 court fee.

Alberto Soria Gomez was charged with shoplifting. Bond was forfeited.

Matthew C. Hollingsworthy was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled tag, which was reduced to improper tag, and contempt and was sentenced to pay $611.

Marcus Dewayne Bright was charged with DUI, open container violation and failure to stop for accident with damage and was sentenced to pay $1,731, risk reduction program, 1 day jail, 12 months probation and 60 hours community service.

Emmitt Roy Corbin was charged with improper passing on left and was sentenced to pay $109.

Adrienne Latrice Harmon was found not guilty of possesssion of ounce or less of marijuana.

Jimmy Harris was charged with public drunk and sentenced to pay $175.

Arlene Moore was charged with shoplifting, which was reduced to disorderly conduct and sentenced to pay $850, 12 months probation and ordered to stay out of Dollar General Store.

Jerry Powers was charged with bondfires prohibited, which was dismissed.

Tomya Natesha Taylor was charged with driving while license was suspended/revoked and sentenced to pay $777 and 12 months probation.

Daniel N. Van Dyke was charged with headlight requirements and DUI, which were dismissed. Also Van Dyke was charged with failure to maintain lane and sentenced to pay $1,650 and 12 months probation.

Melanie Jade Wiley was cahrged with DUI, which was reduced to following too closely, and sentenced to pay $350 and 12 months probation.
