Southeastern Credit Union donates $10K to United Way of Colquitt County
MOULTRIE – United Way of Colquitt County received an award of $10,000 from the Southeastern Credit Union for hurricane relief efforts.
The organization has made an overall donation of $100,000 to support local organizations providing hurricane relief assistance throughout the communities it serves.
The donation has been awarded to ten agencies that are leading recovery efforts in Moultrie, Tifton, Quitman, Nashville, Valdosta, and Waycross.
Along with United Way of Colquitt County, donations have been awarded to Brooks Boys and Girls Club, Brooks Family Connections, Magnolia House, Greater Valdosta United Way, LAMP, Camp Rock, Second Harvest Food Bank, Tifton Salvation Army, and Berrien Family Connections.
Each agency received a donation of $10,000. With nine branches, serving 14 counties, Southeastern Credit Union is committed to helping rebuild and restore the lives of those affected by Hurricane Helene.
