Rant and Rave for April 13, 2018
Refugees
“If you want more refugees to come to America, voluntarily send in more of YOUR paycheck to the government, I cannot afford to pay for more refugees. I didn’t create the world their parents are fleeing, and I shouldn’t have to fund it here either.”
Hypocrites
“I love Facebook because you can see all the deacons, choir members, board of education members and people who think there rich folks out drinking and partying in there all white group before going to church on Sunday morning. Y’all people are such hypocrites!”
Race in schools
“CCHS gets another white principal. Who saw that coming? I looked on the school websites and we only have 8 minorities in leadership roles but more black and Mexican kids than white kids. Y’all think only Gray and Stringfellow should have blacks in charge, but we can lead anywhere!”
Leaving Cox
“So another principal is leaving Cox School but why do you allow this? My kids been there at Cox for 12 years now and I can count at least 8 principals and vice principals that’s left. Why?”
On prom
“What tradition? We’ve been in the building for 2 years and have held Grand Marches (until they were mysteriously ended) at the football field.
“The Grand March (which has mysteriously reappeared) needs a larger venue since half of Moultrie shows up.”
Pardons
“Mass pardons have been granted by Presidents Andrew Johnson, Jimmy Carter, Barack Hussein Obama and others. Obama pardoned/commuted the sentence of nearly 2,000 people. You didn’t hear about that? Liberal media didn’t want that known. If Trump pardons himself and maybe 20 more, who cares? The liberal media will suddenly be aghast about that.”
Leaving Stringfellow
“It is so extremely disheartening that another Principal is leaving Stringfellow Elementary School. I pray that we can get a Principal that is invested and cares about our children. Longevity is the key for success over there. It’s so sad no one cares for them.”
Religion
“You may object to organized religion, but you can’t show me a school shooter who was raised in a traditional religious household (two parent family) where both parents took the family to church regularly.”
