Sheriff’s Office

• Arthur Smith Lee, 64, 820 6th St. SE, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, sell of marijuana.   

• Michael Bennefield Lee, 43, 714 26th Ave. Apt V., was charged Wednesday with possession of Ecstasy, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Kalib Arthur, 24, 812 Northside Drive, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and aggravated assault.

• Brandon Evans, 34, 200 Vandenburg Drive, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana with intent to sale, impeding traffic flow and improper left turn.

• Bonnie Selph Foye, 69, 235 Kendallwood Drive, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

• Jared Taylor, 17, 209 Third St. N.W., was charged Wednesday with failure to appear.

• Justin Brown, 31, 106 Cosseta Road, Tifton, Ga., was charged Thursday morning with driving while license suspended or revoked

• Brandi Allen, JAC-LYN Apartments, reported Wednesday financial transaction card fraud with a total value of $124.

• Timothy Andrews, Cocomo Inn, reported Wednesday someone breaking into a hotel room, the suspect removed a screen and pushed in an air conditioning unit to Room 303 .

Theft

Moultrie Police

• Alton Williams, 1200 block Sixth Street Northwest., reported Wednesday a stolen vehicle with the value of $6,500 and the the theft of another object that is valued at $8,500.
