ADEL — H.M. “Boots” Ledbetter, 81, of Adel died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at First Baptist Church of Adel with the Rev. Mike Ruffin, the Rev. Mike Broadwater and the Rev. Ben Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery Annex.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home in Adel.

Donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 200 E. Fifth St., Adel, Ga. 31620, or to the Hospice of Tift Area, P.O. Drawer 747, Tifton, Ga. 31793.
