Marcus and Jessica Mancil of Moultrie announce the birth of their son, Braxton Alexander, on Dec. 17, 2008. He weighed 6 pounds, 13.8 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He is the grandson of Brenda Martin of Moultrie and Glenn Livingston Sr. of Bainbridge, Ga., Kenneth Mancil of Macon, Ga. and the late Candide Sparks, and Stephanie Fykes of Thomasville, Ga.

He is the great-grandson of Louella Whiting of Lexington, N.C., Linda Griffin of Moultrie, Billy Livingston of Bainbridge, Ga., Seth and Bonnie Mancil of Adel, Ga. and Larry and Donna Johnson of Tampa, Fla.



Akeria Annie Key

A. Shanay Lewis of Ellenton and Kane Key of Moultrie, announce the birth of their daughter, Akeria Annie, on Jan. 14, 2009.

She is the granddaughter of Alice Fabry of Ellenton, Danny and Marla Lewis of Moultrie, Janice Key of Moultrie and the late Donnie Key.

Greg and Whitney Costin of Moultrie are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Julia DeVane, on Jan. 11, 2009. She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 22 inches long.

She is the granddaughter of Marianne and Jimmy DeVane of Atlanta, Ga. and Linda and Robbie Costin of Moultrie.

She is the great-granddaughter of Betty Tillman of Valdosta, Ga. and the late Raymond Tillman, the late Mary Harris, the late James DeVane, Etteine Paulk of Willacoochee, Ga. and the late T.J. Paulk, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Chauncey Costin.

Her mother is the former Whitney DeVane.

He has two sisters, Daley and Lily Claire and two brothers, Dalton and Hayden.

His mother is the former Aprile Cain.
