The October meeting of the Colquitt County Retired Educators was held recently in the auditorium at Colquitt EMC. Moultrie Police Chief Sean Ladson presented an informative program on safety for seniors and identity theft. The membership brought bags of candy to donate to the Moultrie Police Department’s Trunk or Treat. This event will be held on Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the parking lot at the police department. CCREA’s next meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 13 at the Moultrie-Colquitt County Library.
