MOULTRIE, Ga. — Amanda Ghorley, fire and life safety educator with the office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John F. King, presented Solomon York, a third grader at Colquitt Christian Academy, Jan. 27 the grand prize in the 2020 “Serving up Fire Safety in the Kitchen” essay contest, which was sponsored by the state office.
