• Jeremy Arthur Raymond, 31, 1791 Funston-Sigsbee Road, was charged Dec. 28 with criminal trespass.

• Samuel Stephen Lamb, 32, 1519 Old Albany Road, was charged Dec. 20 with two counts of aggravated assault.

Theft

• A man on Smith Road reported Jan. 1 that a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson firearm had been stolen from his 2018 Ford F250.

• A man on Briar Road reported on Dec. 28 that an Auto Craft car battery for a 2002 Dodge 1500 and a set of pet hair clippers had been stolen from his storage building.

• A woman on Church Street reported Dec. 31 that a blue bike with white wheels, rust on the handlebars and parts of the handlebars missing had been stolen from her backyard.

• Laurie Leigh McGee, 44, 17538 Georgia Highway 35, Pavo, was charged Dec. 16 with battery.

• Angel Gonzalez, 27, 231 Halls Trail, was charged Dec. 31 with theft of services and probation violation.

• Ruby Sueann Massey, 35, 1505 West Boulevard, was charged Dec. 30 with probation violation and bench warrant.

• Guadlupe Rodriguez-Lopez, 40, 2775 Ellen Norman Park Road, Norman Park, was charged Dec. 29 with driving under the influence (DUI), having an open container in vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run)

Theft

• A man reported a theft on Jan. 1 at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 300 Lane Street.

• A man Circle Drive reported on Jan. 1 that his girlfriend had stolen his cell phone and wallet containing $50 in cash, his debit card and his ID.

• A woman on Eighth Street N.W reported on Jan. 1 that her neighbors had stolen five of her solar lights from her front yard. The property is valued at $23.

• Joyce Ann Henderson, 45, 1720 S Pinetree Boulevard, Thomasville, was charged Jan. 1 with speeding, driving while license withdrawn and driving under the influence (DUI).
