MOULTRIE, Ga. — Teresa Reid has joined the Colquitt County Arts Center as the new Senior Art instructor. Reid brings with her years of experience having taught in the North Georgia area since the mid 1980s. Senior Art is taught every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and provides a discounted rate for students.
