Colquitt County Sheriff

• Lambert Hernandez, 56, 2040 Connell Bridge Road, Adel, Ga., was charged on Wednesday with driving without license and defective equipment.

• Francisco Hernandez, 43, 3779 Summer Road, was charged on Tuesday with pedestrian under the influence.

Moultrie Police

• Frederick Wallace, 28, 1213 Elliot Brown St., was charged on Tuesday with  possession of marijuana, seat belt violation and driving without license.

• Jessica Hardy, 30, was charged on Tuesday with disorderly conduct.

• Kristin Tolan, 27, 241 Fox Thick Road.
