MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Cherokee Garden Club recently toured “Kate’s Garden” at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Jimmy Jeter guided club members through the beautiful and tranquil setting while explaining its origin and layout. Jeter’s daughter, Kate, died in 1999 and her parents’ donation to the hospital in her memory made the garden possible.
