Movement was northeast at 55 mph. Wind gusts in excess of 40 mph will be possible in association with and well ahead of these storms. Locations impacted include… Carrabelle, Monticello, Colquitt, Newton, Morgan, Albany, Dawson, Quincy, Cuthbert, Havana, Pelham, Bainbridge, Midway, Leesburg, Cairo, Eastpoint, Moultrie, Thomasville, Tallahassee and Putney. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
