Severe storms possible on Sunday

MOULTRIE, Ga. — Storms put Colquitt County under a severe thunderstorm warning Saturday afternoon.
Other counties suffered power outages from those storms, according to WALB News.
More storms are expected today including a slight risk of severe storms. The Observer will post any severe weather warnings to its website and social media accounts when they’re issued.
The National Weather Service predicts a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight with a low around 70. Sunday, the NWS expects showers and thunderstorms with an 80 percent chance of rain. High near 84. Sunday night, more showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 8 p.m. with an 80 percent chance of rain and a low around 68.
Rain chances continue into Monday but much lower — only a 30 percent chance of precipitation with a high near 82.
