Among this year’s performers in “American Soundtrack VII” is Caroline Harrell, of Moultrie.

Harrell is the daughter of James A. Harrell, assistant superintendent of human resources for Colquitt County Schools and Krista Harrell, principal of Hamilton Elementary School. She is a junior at Colquitt County High School, where she sings in the school chorus. She is also a guitar player, song writer and a state-level swimmer. As a rifle team member with 4-H, she shoots in area competitions.

“We are excited to have such talent coming from one of our neighboring communities,” said Barr. “It’s good to know that the passion for music is continuing to grow among students across our area.”
