MOULTRIE, Ga. — Legacy Village at Park Regency is hosting a Fall Festival, which will assist in raising money for their Alzheimer’s Walk.
Located at Legacy Village on Oct. 29, the Village will be selling hot dog plates and boiled peanuts for $5. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m.
For the kids, there will be sack races, cake walks, a bounce house and face painting. The special entertainment will be provided by musician David Hawkins and his family, as well as an illusion show by Greg Sauders of Thomasville.
“We would love to get people out here,” said administrative assistant Alicia Beltran, “and get the community together for a good cause.”
“The Alzheimer’s Walk is 19th of October, but we give our donations after the walk. We are hoping to reach our goal of $1,200 in order to benefit the walk,” said Activities Director Lisa Bynum. “The walk is in Tifton. The ceremony starts at 10 a.m. and the walk starts at 10:30 a.m. We hope lots of people will come out and join us!”
