Choir anniversary

The Macedonia Baptist Church No. 2 Mixed Choir will hold its 49th anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, at the church.

Meeting rescheduled

The regular meeting of the South Georgia Governmental Services Authority, which was scheduled for Monday, Feb. 19, has been changed to 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, in the Mayors Conference Room, City of Thomasville, 111 Victoria Place in Thomasville.

Pork chop dinner

Colquitt Christian Academy is selling pork chop dinner tickets until Tuesday, Feb. 20. Tickets may be purchased for $10 from the school at 830 26th Ave. or from any staff member, student or parent. Plate includes smoked pork chop, green beans, scalloped potatoes, dinner roll and homemade pound cake. Pick up is 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 2, at First Baptist Church, 400 S. Main St.
