• Jeffrey Lamar Williams, 41, 116 N. Pine St., Doerun, was charged Wednesday with battery and obstruction of an officer.

• Sergio Jimenez, 2000 block Third Street Southeast, reported Wednesday the theft of a black and tan German shepherd dog valued at $200.

• Kelly Hart, 4800 block Highway 133 South, reported Wednesday the theft of a roll of non-rotating cable valued at $1,200.

• Grant Martin, Moultrie, reported Wednesday the theft of property valued at $310 from a 2015 Ford Explorer parked in the area of Fifth Street and 26th Avenue Southeast.

• Angela Taylor reported Wednesday that someone broke a door hasp and opened the door of a shed behind a business in the 500 block of North Main Street.

• Lawayna Scott, 300 block Bay Road, Hartsfield, reported Wednesday that someone fraudulently used her Paypal account to make an unauthorized purchase from an unknown Target store in the amount of $600.
