TIFTON — Faith Works Outreach Center is in need of delivery volunteers to help deliver boxes of food to eligible senior citizens 60 years old and older in Tift County, according to a press release.  

The boxes are delivered once a month and can weigh as much as 10 pounds.

Interested volunteers must have their own transportation, a valid driver’s license, insurance and gas.

Faith Works is a non-profit organization and there are no fees associated for this food delivery service.

The group is also looking for volunteers to make sure paper work is updated on the participants in the program.
