Considering the results from previous games, it wasn’t exactly David vs. Goliath when Suwannee hosted powerhouse Bolles on May 3 for the district title. But it was a little surprising to see a fairly young SHS squad knock off the two-time defend state champs. Bo Bonds and sophomore Nolan Miller starred on the mound as Suwannee played a nearly-perfect game in front of a big home crowd.
