MOULTRIE, Ga. — The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce recently held a grand opening ribbon cutting for The Downtown Y located at 9 First Ave. S.E. in downtown Moultrie.

The YMCA was established in Moultrie in 1916 in the downtown area and now after 102 years they have a presence on the square. They offer cardio, free weights, a mind-and-body studio, as well as massage therapy.

The Downtown Y is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday from 5:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.; and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
