GMA names Moultrie Councilwoman Lisa Clarke Hill as District 10 president

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Moultrie Councilmember Lisa Clarke Hill was elected to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) during the association’s annual meeting in Savannah June 24.
Hill serves as president of GMA’s 10th District. The district includes cities in the following counties: Terrell, Lee, Calhoun, Dougherty, Worth, Colquitt, Thomas, Grady, Mitchell, Baker, Decatur, Miller, Seminole, Early and Calhoun.
“We are pleased to have Councilmember Hill serving in this leadership position,” said GMA Executive Director Larry Hanson. “The district president serves an important role as a representative of the district and as a liaison for GMA within the region.”
Based in Atlanta, GMA is a voluntary, non-profit organization that provides legislative advocacy, educational, employee benefit and technical assistance services to its 521 member cities.
