• Elio Soria, 35, 400 W. Mulberry St., Funston, was charged Thursday with two counts child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Soria is accused of having contact with a then-14-year-old girl on three occasions.

• Shaun Daaundre Walker, 23, Moultrie Manor, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

• Terry Wayne Taylor, 64, 175 Taylor Road, was charged Thursday with simple battery.

• Marco Antonio Malagon, 33, 982 Sam Rentz Road, was charged Thursday with two counts simple battery.

• Lacey Dene Lambert, 28, 155 Mills St., Norman Park, was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine and possession of a  drug-related object.

• Gary Arch Yeomans Jr., 30, 1331 U.S. Hwy. 319 N, Norman Park, was charged Thursday with obstruction of a police officer and probation violation.

• Alexander Allegood, 19,2609 Jacqueline Circle, was charged with battery.

• Charles Odom, 35, 2995 Mitchell County Line Road, Hartsfield, was charged Thursday with driving while license withdrawn.

• Kelvin Antonio Green, 30, 1709 E. Broad St., Albany.

Thefts

Sheriff’s Office

• Dorothy Pearcy, 200 block Smokey Bear Road, Norman Park, reported Wednesday the theft of an Ameris Bank debit card, Social Security card, Medicare card and driver’s license with a total value of $4.

Pearcy told police the items were taken from her purse in the 1700 block of Highway 270 East, Doerun.

Battery

Moultrie Police

• Umeko Kinsey, 400 block 10th Avenue Southeast, reported Thursday that a male companion tried to pull her out of her car, then got inside and tried to choke her.

Kinsey told police that he then grabbed her shoulder and dragged her out of the car.  When she tried to call police he struggled with her for her cell phone.

The man ran inside her residence as she called 911. He was not there when police arrived.

Kinsey had visible injuries included a friction abrasion to her left forearm and left leg, where she had been dragged against the concrete driveway.

Property damage

Moultrie Police

• Kelly Bius, 800 block First Street Southeast, reported Thursday that a window was broken at her residence.

Bius told police that a water bottle was used to break the window.
