Participants will start at Red Roberts Landing on the northern end of the park and kayak all the way down to the lake, according to Amanda Harper, naturalist at the park. Rangers will be talking about park history and wildlife along the way.
Floatin’ Friday starts this Friday and is scheduled every Friday at least through the end of August. It starts at 9 a.m. at Red Roberts Landing. Register in the park office for $18.
