A solution to music conflict

“I would like to suggest that during the pregame of the high school games, they play the Cruisin 94 broadcast up until the prayer and pledge. The radio station would like this fine. I like the music that pumps up the team during the game. Something for all of us.”

Rap music isn’t working

“All I have seen the rap noise do is cause some of the players to dance and not focus on the ball game. If it takes rap to motivate a player, he isn’t much of an athlete.

“I feel that a majority of the fans on the ‘speaker side’ come to see our young men play football. Not dance.”

NFL and the anthem

“It took a young man to inform me that at one time NFL football players didn’t come out of the locker room until after the national anthem. The federal government was paying the NFL to do fly overs and even to roll out the fly on the field. After 911 that all changed. Check the stands not all are standing.”

New pickup procedures

“Norman Park Elementary School has implemented a new, safer way for our kids to be picked up and dropped off. I love it! I was always worried about the cars in the lanes while the children were walking through the parking lot.

“Kudos NPE!”

Straws not big problem

“Outlaw plastic straws? Seriously folks, the flotilla of garbage the size of the state of Texas in the Pacific Ocean may contain plastic straws, but my guess is that it is junk put there by tsunamis in Japan and Thailand.

“Think about it law makers.”
