When Lattimer asked the man what he was doing there he told Lattimer that he woke up in Lattimer’s car, but did not know how he ended up there the previous night.

The man then got back on the four-wheeler and drove to Lattimer’s relative’s residence across the road.

He told police that he previously has seen the man at the relative’s house but does not know him. He did not want to press charges.
