Tams perform for PEC students

- Students from the Program for Exceptional Children enjoyed a performance by the Tams and back up band, 14 Karat Gold, at Withers Auditorium on Friday morning made possible through partnerships with the Colquitt County Arts Center and the Moultrie Service League.
