Ruby Hernandez, a fourth grader in Ashley Dean’s class at Cox Elementary, won the Artie the Bug Art Contest in her age group for the Colquitt County School District. Each year, the Colquitt County Arts Center holds this contest and winners of various age groups are chosen across the district.
